Try to shoot right past that. Eat them raw, juiced, steamed, add the in sauces, and stir-fries too. No amount of stress will truly let you know how good leafy green veggies are for you. So always add as many as you can.

You could find a partial hospitalization program that offers the structure of an inpatient drug rehab, but with a bit more freedom so that you can benefit from the help without feeling stuck with rigid rules.
Don’t forget that asking for help does not mean that you are weak. In fact, it can be one of the strongest things that you will do. Don’t listen to any of the stigmas around getting help, because it is the thing that is best for you and what everyone who cares about you would want you to do.
