    Today is the day! I repeat TODAY IS THE DAY Disney/Pixar’s Coco hits theaters everywhere across the country! While I haven’t gotten to see the film in its entirety yet, but plan on making a date with the boys this weekend! I absolutely LOVED the 15 minutes that we got to view at Pixar Studios while in San Fransisco back in August! We’ve viewed every trailer we could find on YouTube and have been patiently waiting for the day we could go see it.
    While at Pixar Studios, we learned so much about the traditions of Dia De Los Muertos & the stories that inspired Coco. I thought I knew most of it, but I walked away with a much better understanding of why this day is so important and how it’s about family.
    Learning about how they brought the skeletons to life was probably my favorite session! It’s so interesting to see how animation works!
    A close second was learning all about Alebrije’s & making our own Pepita with Alonso Martinez!
    I was excited to learn that Olaf was getting his own adventure in Olaf’s Frozen Adventure and it would air in front of COCO!

    My little guys love pint-size furniture about as much as I do. They have a small rocking chair and folding chairs for outside use, but until now, didn’t have a “my-size” chair for indoors. Both of my little ones just love comic book movies and Avengers is at the top of that. Every time we watch they get into the argument of who is who…my youngest usually wins being the hulk as he has the temperament to match.
