    While in San Francisco earlier this month, we visited the Walt Disney Family Museum to check out the exhibit “Deja View: The Art of Andreas Deja” that showcases original work of his most iconic Disney characters, such as the menacing villain Scar.
    In 1980, Deja was accepted into a training program at the Walt Disney Animation Studios. He passed the program and began working on much loved Disney productions. He worked on The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast & Princess & The Frog. The artwork in this exhibit include watercolors, charcoal, ink and paper, sculpture and more. I just love this watercolor of Simba & Mufasa.
    But my favorites are his wire works…
    If you are a fan of Disney and want to learn more about the history behind the magic then make sure to visit the museum before the exhibit ends. The Walt Disney Family Museum is also displaying works from Deja’s current independent project called Mushka, features a young girl and her tiger, “A story of love and sacrifice set in Russia”. You don’t want to miss it!
    The Lion King is now available on digital and Disney Movies Anywhere and will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on August 29!

I have to say when I was told about the Mixie Bottle I thought, what an ingenious idea, but like most new baby products, i’m very skeptical on how it will really work. Mixie Baby Bottles are for formula feeding, that can be filled in advance and mixed at feeding time. They are great for when you need to do a middle of the night feed, as it saves time mixing up the formula that way you can quickly feed your hungry baby. Mixie bottles are free of BPA, phthalates, and PVC.
    Simply scoop powder into the Mixie formula compartment, tap gently on a hard surface to settle powder, and press the lid on to seal. The bottle’s formula compartment loads from the bottom of the bottle and water is added from the top. The airtight design keeps formula powder fresh and dry, When it’s feeding time, simply push the button on the bottom of the bottle to release the formula powder, shake and blend. Mixie is offered in two sizes 4oz and 8oz. There are very few parts to clean which is always a plus for me. Mixie bottles also feature a special nipple venting system which reduces colic symptoms.
    These bottles are perfect for busy lifestyles and on the go feedings such as daycare centers or out and about when you don’t have to fuss with making a bottle. Although I breastfeed my baby, I have supplemented many times…this would have been such a life saver!! I highly recommend this as a gift for yourself, or someone who is planning on bottle feeding or supplementing. They will love you for it!!     When we think Shredded Wheat, you would normally think of the little bundles of wheat that have been in your pantry for years…Well Post is changing the Shredded Wheat game with their new cereal Post Shredded Wheat Crunch. I had the opportunity to try out the new cereal and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box.
    Post Shredded Wheat Crunch cereal is made with 100% natural whole grain wheat with sweet granola clusters. One-cup of Post Shredded Wheat Crunch contains 43g of Whole Grain per serving and also provides an excellent source of fiber (5g). Better yet, Post Shredded Wheat Crunch has 0g Trans Fat, 0g Saturated Fat, and 0mg Cholesterol per serving.
    This ceral is really delicious. The shredded wheat bites are crunchy and hold up to milk. They stay crunchy and don’t get soggy. The sweet granola clusters give the cereal that tiny bit of sweetness that I love. I even caught my boys and husband fighting over the last bowl! Guess I know the new fav cereal in our house!
