Imagine my exhilaration when I received the best news of my life last week, it was about an exciting opportunity that left me starstruck for two full days! I am the mom of 4 boys, and I am Hollywood bound!

Out of the whole blogosphere, I was one of the 25 fortunate bloggers invited to Los Angeles. The purpose of the trip? We are covering multiple film releases and upcoming comedies during this trip! The films include the much-anticipated McFARLAND, USA, the home releases of BIG HERO 6, and TINKER BELL AND THE LEGEND OF THE NEVERBEAST. We will also be focusing on the upcoming ABC comedy FRESH OFF THE BOAT and the delightful Disney Channel Original Movie BAD HAIR DAY.

While in tinsel town, I will be attending a press junket for McFarland, USA, which includes the golden opportunity to interview the legendary Kevin Costner, additional cast, filmmakers, and the real-life inspirations behind the film! Yes, you heard it right! The Kevin Costner, the star of Robin Hood, Waterworld, Field of Dreams, and many more!

Exploring Animation Studios and Meeting Film Stars

My Hollywood itinerary also includes a special press day at Walt Disney Animation Studios for the In-Home release of Big Hero 6. I will be interviewing the filmmakers, Ryan Potter (voice of “Hiro”), Daniel Henney (voice of “Tadashi”) and Scott Adsit (voice of “Baymax”). A huge hit among my boys, they are besotted with Baymax and have even started mimicking his movements!

Another special press day at DisneyToon Studios is scheduled for the In-Home release of “Tinker Bell and the Legend of the Neverbeast”. I will be interviewing the filmmakers and Ginnifer Goodwin! I must confess, I am a massive fan of every TinkerBell movie out there!
