For example, onions, garlic, cilantro, and ginger are some great foods that add a lot of flavor to meals. They can also help our immune system. Spices like turmeric is a great spice that is bright yellow in color, and it is really powerful to help with inflammation, as well as heart disease. It also acts as a powerful antioxidant, so it is a must in foods like curries or stews and can be added into tea or coffee too, for a boost.
